Tai Chi

The 8 Ways is a simplified form of T’ai Chi for health and relaxation. Move mindfully and explore this ancient practice that focuses on balance, body awareness, and controlled motion. These exercises strengthen the legs, reduce stress and muscular tension, improve circulation, and bring the many benefits of T’ai Chi practice into daily life.

T’ai Chi provides simple but powerful tools for removing blockages and maximizing the flow of energy through the physical and subtle bodies. This class is suitable for a wide range of capabilities, from beginners to experienced T’ai Chi practitioners.

This class is taught by Lee Felton who has been teaching with the Blue Ridge T’ai Chi school since 1982.
