COVID-19 Policy

We at the Sanctuary Retreat Center are committed to the health and well-being of our guests and staff. We support you in assessing your health risks in consultation with your physician and making choices that are appropriate for you.

Please read the below carefully. You acknowledge and understand that:

Synchronicity Foundation and Sanctuary Retreat Center does not offer medical advice, or prescription and will refer you to a healthcare professional upon need or request.

You are responsible and accountable for managing your health and wellbeing inside and outside the Sanctuary Retreat Center property. If any health concerns related to any part of your visit arise you will inform a Sanctuary staff member. 

There are no vaccination, social distancing or masking requirements to visit or stay at the Sanctuary Retreat Center related to COVID-19, its variants or other contagious illnesses.

You are welcome to wear a mask if you choose to.

You agree that if you start to show any symptoms which may be related to COVID-19, Flu, Common Cold or any contagious illness, you will let a Sanctuary staff member know immediately.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS related to ILLNESS: Synchronicity Foundation, Inc. / Sanctuary Retreat Center does not cancel Retreats (retreats, events, programs, workshops, sessions or any in-person happening), end Retreats early or give Guests (guests, workshop leaders, hosts, participants or anyone) refunds if a Guest(s) becomes ill during a Retreat with COVID-19, Flu, Common Cold or some other illness. Anyone who does become ill will be assisted in making arrangements with a healthcare professional appropriate to the circumstances as determined by staff.

However, prior to arrival day the Cancellation and Refund Policy for individual Guests is:

• If, 48 hours prior to arrival day, you have symptoms of Covid-19, flu, or similar contagious illness, you must cancel. You will receive a full refund;
• If, within 48 hours of arrival day, you have symptoms of Covid-19, flu, or similar contagious illness, you must cancel. There is a $100.00 cancellation charge.
• We will look forward to welcoming you in the future.
