1) Payment for retreats with one or more night’s stay:
  • 50% deposit due upon registration.
  • 50% final payment is due two weeks prior to arrival day.
In the event of cancellation:
  • If cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival day, the charge is $100.00.
  • If cancelled within 72 hours of arrival day, the charge is one night’s stay.
  • If cancelled on arrival day all payments are non-refundable.

2) Payment for single day retreats, programs, or events:
  • Full payment at registration.
In the event of cancellation:
  • A charge of 25% of the total cost.
3) Cancellation Policy Exemptions - Any retreat, event, or program:
  • If 48 hours prior to arrival day you have symptoms of Covid-19, flu, or similar illness, you must cancel. You will receive a full refund.
  • If within 48 hours of arrival day you have symptoms of Covid-19, flu, or similar illness, you must cancel. There is a $100.00 cancellation charge.
