1) Payment for multiple day retreats (other than Personal Retreats):
  • 50% deposit due upon registration;
  • 50% final payment is due two weeks prior to arrival day;
  • On selected retreats final payment is due the day of departure. Please see the retreat description. 
In the event of cancellation:
  • If cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival day, the charge is $100.00;
  • If cancelled within 72 hours of arrival day, the charge is one night’s stay;
  • If cancelled on arrival day, all payments are non-refundable.
2) Payment for Personal Retreats:
  • 50% deposit due upon registration;
  • Final payment is due the day of departure.
In the event of cancellation:
  • If cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival day, the charge is $100.00;
  • If cancelled within 72 hours of arrival day, the charge is one night’s stay;
  • If cancelled on arrival day, all payments are non-refundable.
3) Payment for day retreats with programs, workshops or events:
  • Full payment at registration.
In the event of cancellation:
  • Cancellation fee, 25% of the total cost.
4) Cancellation Policy Exemptions
Any retreat, program, workshop or event:
  • If, 48 hours prior to arrival day, you have symptoms of Covid-19, flu, or similar contagious illness, you must cancel. You will receive a full refund;
  • If, within 48 hours of arrival day, you have symptoms of Covid-19, flu, or similar contagious illness, you must cancel. There is a $100.00 cancellation charge.
  • We will look forward to welcoming you in the future.

Synchronicity Foundation, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any retreat, workshop, program, or event at any time. You will receive a full refund.
