1) Payment for Synchronicity Retreats, including Personal Retreats:
- A $100 non-refundable deposit is due upon registration;
- The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to arrival day;
- On selected retreats, final payment is due on the day of departure. Please see the retreat description.
Cancellation:
- The $100 deposit is non-refundable;
- If canceled between 14 and 6 days of arrival day, the charge is one night’s stay;
- If canceled within 5 days of arrival day, all payments are non-refundable.
2) Payment for retreats other than Synchronicity retreats:
- Full payment at registration.
Cancellation:
- If canceled prior to 14 days of the arrival day, the fee is $100.00;
- If canceled between 14 and 6 days of arrival day, the fee is 50% of the accommodation fee;
- If canceled within 5 days of arrival day, all payments are non-refundable.
3) Payment for single-day programs, workshops, or events:
- Full payment at registration.
Cancellation:
- Cancellation fee, 25% of the total cost.
Please note: If you book through a third-party platform (such as BookRetreats.com), their cancellation and deposit policies will apply.
Sanctuary Retreat Center is a Division of Synchronicity Foundation, Inc. Synchronicity Foundation, Inc. reserves the right to update policies and cancel any retreat, workshop, program, or event at any time.
