A LOOK AT YOUR DAILY ITINERARY OF CHOICES

YOGA – MINDFULNESS – EDUCATION – NATURE – WALKING – HIKING – MEDITATION – BREATHWORK – NOURISH – REST – REFLECT

THE QUIET WORK is an immersion with intentionally long days filled with moments of ease, moments of discomfort, moments of self-discovery, moments of fatigue, moments of laughter and moments of silence. NOTE: It is not a silent retreat, but we will, as a group, honor and practice silence during specific times and activities.

The full day itinerary below is solely a daily rhythm sample and not final. Most importantly, you determine how much time you need moving the body, training the mind, eating, resting, being alone or attending educational workshops. We simply offer you the access and agency to decide.

Haley’s teaching approach is rooted in trust, focusing on meeting students exactly where they are – physically, mentally and emotionally – and building from that point. She emphasizes honoring oneself and building self-awareness every time her students step onto a yoga mat, while encouraging them to carry this sense of mindfulness into their daily lives. Haley is known for her teaching and practicing the value of free, expressive movement and guiding students to truly drop into the sensory experience of somatics all while working with the nervous system to navigate difficult emotions, manage disruptive thoughts and unhelpful, habitual thought patterns. Using her knowledge and skills as a licensed massage therapist, she is passionate about anatomy and continuously learning about the connections between body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of training her students in the harmonization of these elements for a healthy mind-body system.
